Shipping

We ship through registered courier companies for all global orders! International orders are usually delivered within 14 business days and domestic orders within 6 business days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries. Delivery times are provided only as guidelines and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

Orders Within India

• ARYA GIRI offers free standard delivery for orders within India.

• The Prices of Products are expressed in INR, inclusive of taxes and shipping charges,

• Any part cancellation/ re-shipping of the order may attract shipping charges on the balance order

International Orders

• ARYA GIRI offers free standard delivery for orders above INR 10,000 for international orders.

• The Prices of Products are expressed in INR, excluding taxes & customs duties for international orders.

• Any part cancellation of the order may attract shipping charges on the balance order

Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at check out. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of check out after you provide the shipping address for your order.

Shipping of Products

All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Chennai, India. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at check out.

Non-Availability on Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

ARYA GIRI cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

First-Time Order Policy

For security purposes, ARYA GIRI reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.

Insurance

ARYA GIRI insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by ARYA GIRI.
