Arya Giri believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a powerful support team to help you out.

Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned. However, under the following circumstances it is possible to exchange the product: 

Manufacturing Fault: 

Whilst we maintain the strictest quality control, if there is a product defect for which we are responsible we are willing to take back the product and provide you with a new one within two weeks time. You will return the item to our atelier and we will notify you once your replaced piece is on its way to you. Please contact our to take forward the process. 

Incorrect Size: 

At Arya Giri we believe comfort and fit come first. We can alter or exchange items if the garment received is of an incorrect size and doesn’t fit you as per your requirement. If you need an exchange for a different size (or alterations) because of sizing issues, send us an email at Depending on where you live and the nature of the alteration required, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Our Customer Care team will keep you posted. 

Returning items by post or courier.
If you choose to return/alter/exchange your item(s) by post or courier, please fill the Return and Exchange Form. We will organise your pick-up courier for you. 

Please Note:

  1. Ensure your items are securely wrapped and don’t get damaged in transit.We recommend you send the product(s) in it’s original packaging. 
  2. Arya Giri cannot be held responsible for any items lost/damaged in the post.
  3. Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of it.
