Sher-Rani explores the story of the Phool wali (flower garland makers) and how when she threads together garlands of flowers, she is undisputedly the Sher-Rani (Tigress-Queen) of her area. She earns in order to provide a better future for her children that surpasses the restrictions and glass ceilings they were born into.
