exchange policy

orders placed via standard sizing are eligible for size exchange within 14 days of delivery. orders with custom sizing are eligible for a single alteration that be claimed within 14 days of delivery. 

please note, custom pieces are not eligible for return/exchange; only a single alteration.

to avail your exchange, a shipping fee based on the pick up location will be levied to pick up the return shipment and deliver the exchange shipment. you must keep the order in its original packaging and ensure it is unused with tags attached.
